At Preparo Consulting, I take pride in delivering first-class service to all of my customers. Read what some of my satisfied clients have said:
"Preparo Consulting was able to review my resume, reorganize it for more clarity and make sure that it included all the necessary information. Kerie was very thorough in going through every section of my resume and offering suggestions on how it could be improved. Working collaboratively she sent me drafts of my new resume which we refined until we were both satisfied. Kerie also provided me with excellent preparation for phone and in person interviews. Thanks to her I felt more confident as I spoke to prospective employers. I would highly recommend Preparo Consulting to anyone looking to get the edge on their next great job."Chris Pisano, VP Technology, California
"Kerie was a tremendous help in assisting me with my job search. Her insights and positive attitude were invaluable. She was able to outline key points the employer would be looking for during the interview process and her coaching prepared me to have my responses crisp and right at hand. Kerie worked with me to tailor my resume for different positions to highlight my relevant skills for each posting ensuring my resume would not end up at the bottom. I walked into the interview prepared and confident and landed a great position! Overall a great experience and I would recommend Preparo Consulting to any job seeker wanting an advantage over the competition."
Lance Johnston, Illinois
“I was simply looking to update my resume and make it as efficient as possible for the next possible opportunity and Kerie so efficiently made the simplest of recommendations that tremendously improved the presentation of my resume. She really helped me fill in the gaps and it helped me capture what is it I wanted my resume to say about me.”
Melissa Martinez, Illinois
"Kerie’s expertise was key in finding my current job at a large financial services company in Chicago. Kerie spent sufficient time understanding my needs for the position and also my current employer’s expectations. She is extremely pleasant to work with and a thorough professional. I highly recommend Kerie Albano."Abhay Bapat, Illinois
Taking the time to prepare prior to the interview is imperative to its success. If you are prepared you will be more confident and will provide more detailed answers. When you are ready with your answers, you stress less and are able to ask the potential employer the questions you have for them. Being prepared gives you a better chance that you will be a serious contender particularly when you are shaping the conversation around your major achievements.
Have you ever felt that you rambled on when answering the interviewer? Have you ever given just a yes or no answer and then questioned yourself later? When providing an answer to interview questions, try to keep it about two minutes long. Any longer than three minutes and you may be seen as tedious and thoughtless. Any shorter than sixty seconds and you will be perceived as unexciting or not enthusiastic about the job.
